I am an Instructional Designer whose career background as a facilitator and frontline service worker has inspired me to always keep my customer front of mind. My learning philosophy is to use design and systems thinking approaches to develop transformative learning experiences that are engaging and empowering for the learner. I work with a team or independently, to build adaptive, learner-centered courseware that is scaffolded and incorporates multiple methodologies, researched learning principles, and theories. My goal is to produce a final product that promotes learner participation, provides immediate feedback, and fosters growth.
